Your order will be carefully packed and shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Mail or United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground unless expedited shipping has been selected. If you have provided us with a valid email address we will send shipping confirmation in the form of a Delivery Confirmation Number (USPS) or a Tracking Number (UPS).

General Returns Policy
You may return items sold by www.TheDealerWarehouse.com within 15 days of delivery for a full product refund or replacement. Returned items must be in the same condition as received. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). We do not refund for Delivery Confirmation, Insurance, or any additional services.  All return shipment must be prepaid.  COD’s will be refused.

Restocking Fee
We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns and canceled orders that have been processed. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law. The Dealer Warehouse does not export any product listed on this website. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all canceled International Orders.

Product-Specific Returns Policies
Some items may be sold "As Is". Returns will not be accepted for these items.

Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We´ll notify you via e-mail (if you have provided it to us) of your refund once we´ve received and processed the returned item.

Please understand it can be difficult to correctly distinguish the particulars of many gun parts. Many parts have details that are specific to model/year/manufacturer. We try our best to correctly identify and select the correct parts for your order the first time.
